Does the guest see Safeguest branding?

No. The entire verification flow is white-labelled to your brand. Guests see your logo, your colours, your name.

What does the risk score tell me?

Risk Status comes in three flavours. Green: verified, consistent, no flags. Yellow: proceed with awareness — some signals worth noting. Red: our models have flagged factors worth serious thought before you hand over the keys. It's a signal, not a verdict — the AI flags and recommends, you decide.

What happens after the guest verifies?

The outcome — verified contact details, biometric match result, Risk Status, signed agreement and Damage Deposit or No Deposit Option status — is sent back to your PMS or Safeguest host dashboard. The identity document and biometric images are deleted immediately after verification; we don't keep them.

Can I still accept a Red-scored guest?

That is entirely your decision. Safeguest gives you the evidence to make an informed choice. We don't block bookings — we give you the full picture.

Does this work with my PMS?

Safeguest integrates with major PMS platforms including Hostfully, Guesty, Hostaway, and others. See all partners. The verification link is triggered automatically on every booking confirmation.

Is Safeguest Prevent really free?

Yes. Safeguest Prevent — verification, Risk Status, Damage Deposit and No Deposit Option administration, the signed agreement and check-in guide delivery — is free with every Safeguest account. Safeguest Protect is the separate, optional paid service, and nothing here quietly bundles it in.

Do repeat bookings need to go through Safeguest Prevent every stay?

Yes, but you can provide trusted repeat guests with a passcode to bypass the verification stage. We simply ask them to sign the updated guest agreement and choose a deposit option. Note: this could impact the accuracy of the Risk Status.
